Music on Beat ID is a digital download. Because the file is delivered immediately and can't be returned, purchases are non-refundable once delivered — with the specific exceptions below.
When you can get a refund
Within 14 days of purchase, for any of these reasons:
- Corrupted or unplayable audio file
- Wrong track delivered
- Accidental duplicate — same item bought twice within 24 hours
- Platform error during download
- Other technical issue / bug
What isn't eligible
"Changed my mind," buyer's remorse, or no longer wanting the track are not eligible — consistent with consumer law for digital content you've agreed to download immediately.
How to request one
Request a refund from your library (or email hello@beatid.me) and select one of the eligible reasons above. Approved refunds return the full amount to your original payment method and revoke download access. This sits alongside the Marketplace Terms.
